Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Cooked Rice
  • 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp of Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Tsp of Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp of Butter
  • 1 Chipotle Chili Pepper
  • Fresh Cilantro (for garnish)

Begin by preparing 1 cup of cooked rice, which you can easily achieve with a Rice Cooker or a quick spin in the Microwave.
